Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Lorissa. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, overthinking everything—or just plain tired of trying to “keep it all together”—you’re not alone.

I’m here to help you sort through the noise, reconnect with yourself, and remember you’re not broken. You’re just human! I promise.

I bring humor, honesty, and a lot of heart to this work. Whether you’re navigating big transitions, healing old wounds, or just want to feel more like you, we’ll take it one real conversation at a time.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, respectful approach—you're the expert on your life, and I’m here to help you listen more deeply to your inner world. Together, we’ll explore the different parts of you that may be in conflict: the overachiever, the people-pleaser, the part that shuts down, or the one that’s just plain tired. We’ll get curious about the good reasons why each of those parts is trying to protect or provide. I integrate body-based awareness, emotional insight, and humor to create a space where you can safely unpack what's been weighing on you—and find new ways to respond with clarity and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel more emotionally free, more honest with yourself, and more at peace with your inner world. I’ll gently challenge you to look at the beliefs and patterns that may be running the show—and help you shift them from the inside out. Sessions are led with clarity, depth, and attunement. I won’t let you avoid the real stuff, but we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and grounded. My goal is to help you build a life that actually feels like yours.
