My approach to therapy

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families. My practice is rooted in compassion, clinical excellence, and a commitment to trauma-informed care. I address a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use, and gambling or pornography addiction. As an EMDR therapist, I integrate evidence-based techniques to help clients heal from trauma. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s needs, offering support with empathy, insight, and dedication to well-being.

What you can expect from me

Our initial meeting is about creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. By the end of the session, we will have a clearer sense of how we can work together and what the next steps may be.
