Great to meet you!

I view therapy as a collaborative journey. Instead of focusing only on what's wrong, I journey alongside clients to help them better understand what happened, what is happening now, and how they can move forward amid everything that has happened. The goal is to help each client discover greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, resilience, healthier relationships, and a renewed sense of purpose.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to put my clients at ease so they can express themselves and fully engage in the session.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about learning who you are and giving you a chance to learn who I am as a therapist. While the session includes assessments, you will leave with a better understanding of your situation and receive supportive next steps.
