Great to meet you!

Congratulations on making it this far in your therapy journey! I look forward to working with you. We will work together to get you to you where you would like to be in your life. Our first step is for me to listen to what is going on in your life, talk together about some of your goals, and work with you in accomplishing them.

I've been a therapist since 1994. I worked for a major organization providing therapy to groups, and individuals, and supervising other therapists for 21 years . I graduated with honors, have a Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Social Work of which I am at the most advanced standing level.

Hope, contentment and peace are some of what our work in therapy will bring to you. I invite and encourage you to reach out to me! Congratulations for taking this first step in your therapy journey !

I work eclectically meaning I use different approaches and am trained in numerous modalities Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Attachment, Veteran Care, and Interpersonal Therapy for Depression for a range of issues be it support and validation for your journey, trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, relationships, and couples counseling.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression or trauma related to their relationships or family. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter."
