Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or thoughts of hopelessness. I work with teens (16+) through adults, including individuals from migrant and multicultural communities, to help them navigate challenges, build resilience, and move toward a more fulfilling life. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered and grounded in active listening, nonjudgment, cultural responsiveness, and genuine allyship. As a Brazilian, bilingual therapist fluent in English and Portuguese, I understand the importance of honoring each person's unique background, identity, and lived experiences. I draw from my experience in crisis intervention, outpatient mental health, schools, and community-based settings to meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to their individual needs.

In our first few sessions, we will focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship, understanding what brings you to therapy, and identifying your goals. I believe meaningful change starts with feeling comfortable, supported, and accepted. Together, we will create a path forward that reflects your strengths and values.

What you can expect from me

I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and positive change, and I look forward to supporting clients on their journey toward improved well-being and resilience. I am passionate about helping people discover the happiest, healthiest, and most supported version of themselves. Whether you are facing a difficult transition, processing past trauma, managing anxiety or depression, or simply looking for greater balance in your life, I am committed to walking alongside you with honesty, compassion, and respect.
