Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.

Reaching out for support isn’t easy, and it takes a lot of courage. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, going through a tough time, or just not feeling like yourself, you don’t have to face it all alone.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience supporting teens and adults through all kinds of life challenges—things like anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, ADHD, relationship struggles, and big life changes. I also have a special place in my heart for people who are usually the “strong one” for everyone else—the caretakers, the dependable ones—who need space to finally be cared for themselves.

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and real. Therapy with me isn’t about judgment or fixing you—because you’re not broken. It’s about creating a space where you can be yourself, talk openly, and feel truly seen and heard.

I draw from proven approaches like CBT, DBT, EMDR, and harm reduction, but more importantly, I tailor everything to fit you—what feels helpful, meaningful, and comfortable at your pace.

If therapy hasn't felt right for you in the past, or you're unsure about starting, that’s okay. We’ll take it one step at a time, together. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.

I believe therapy is about coming home to yourself—to your strength, your voice, and the parts of you that deserve care and compassion.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a shared endeavor—something we build together based on your unique needs, values, and goals. I take a flexible, pragmatic approach: if something works for you, we use it. If it doesn’t, we pivot and try something else. There’s no one-size-fits-all formula, because there’s no one else exactly like you.

I combine practical tools with meaningful self-reflection, helping you gain insight while also developing skills you can use in daily life. I bring a range of evidence-based techniques into our work, but more importantly, I listen deeply and work collaboratively to find what helps you feel empowered, understood, and supported.

My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can show up fully and honestly—no pressure, no shame. I want to help you become the best you you can be... the you you know you can be.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. We’ll take it one step at a time—together.

What you can expect from me

By the end of our work together, you’ll be able to recognize and interrupt old patterns that no longer serve you. You’ll feel more grounded, in control, and aligned with the version of yourself you want to be. Therapy with me is about real, lasting change—at your pace, in your way.
