Great to meet you!

Welcome! I have been working as a licensed social worker since 2010 and have had experience working with a wide range of populations. My experience in substance abuse, disease management, perinatal/post partum issues, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders provide me the ability to offer clients a wide variety of knowledge and therapeutic approaches. My training in multiple evidence-based treatment interventions allows me to tailor treatment based on uniqueness of every client.

My approach to therapy

Whether it be life changes, relationship/family issues, anxiety/depression issues, or your everyday stress, we all can benefit from an open, non-judgmental environment for support. Everyone's experience in life is unique to them and their treatment should also be as unique.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to work towards a goal of improvement in their overall functioning and quality of life. As treatment progresses and different life situations may present, we will continue to adjust treatment with the above goal in mind.
