Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I enjoy working with adults and older adults challenged by loss, anxiety, and life transitions. With a long-standing background in counseling and supporting individuals through complex life challenges, I care deeply about providing a safe space where clients can share their concerns, uncover their strengths, gain new perspectives, and improve their well-being.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am an integrative therapist, meaning that I use different types of therapy depending on my client's needs and preferences. As my clients share their stories, which illuminate their challenges and strengths, they become empowered and learn to appreciate and trust themselves. They learn new tools and practices, and grow self-compassion, acceptance, and renewed hope.

What you can expect from our first session

With time and commitment, and a place where they feel seen, respected, and empowered to make changes at their own pace, clients can heal, expand their self-awareness, and build more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.
