Great to meet you!

I am a California-licensed psychologist dedicated to helping individuals create meaningful change through a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship. I specialize in addiction, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and identity-related concerns, including work with the LGBTQ+ community. I help clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their potential develop clarity, resilience, and purpose. With experience treating PTSD, bipolar spectrum disorders, and complex mental health challenges, I offer therapy in both English and Hebrew to meet clients where they are.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative, individualized approach to therapy, recognizing that no one method works for everyone. By combining techniques from person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and the transtheoretical model, I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, goals, and life experiences.

What you can expect from me

The therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. I strive to create an open, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable taking the lead, with guidance provided as needed. My approach is accepting and collaborative, with an emphasis on validation, normalization, and encouragement. When appropriate, I offer insight, gentle challenge, and honest feedback to support growth and understanding.

During our first session, I focus on getting to know you—what brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. Together, we identify clear, realistic goals and develop a plan that can evolve as your needs change. Building a strong therapeutic alliance is a central focus from the very beginning.
