I will provide unwavering support as you navigate challenges and strive for personal growth. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with a personalized approach, considering the unique needs of each individual. I firmly believes that every person possesses an ideal self. I assists my clients in identifying their ideal selves and then provide unwavering support as they embark on a journey towards achieving their desired outcomes. I embody empathy and demonstrates a willingness to meet individuals where they are in their emotional and psychological state. I recognize that progress is not measured on a daily basis but rather over an extended period. While some days may witness significant strides towards our goals, while others may involve only a modest inch of progress, My ultimate objective is to measure our progress holistically over time. I’m committed to assisting individuals in making progress forward and achieving their aspirations.

What you can expect from me

Clients can anticipate receiving actionable takeaways from their sessions with me that will serve as practical work items for their next appointment. I will provide tangible tools that assist clients in addressing their challenges. I’m committed to fostering hope and optimism for the future. While we may not always discern the underlying reasons for hope, making progress towards our goals can gradually illuminate the path to optimism.
