Great to meet you!

Many clients share that therapy with me feels comfortable, safe, encouraging, and even fun. We’ll move step by step, combining reflection, insight, and practical tools. Along the way, you will uncover new perspectives and recognize your own resilience. My hope is that each session leaves you feeling seen, supported, and more empowered than when you arrived.

My approach to therapy

You will enter a space to heal using an equine-assisted style blended with EMDR, IFS, and DBT. With the support of horses, we gently explore emotions, build trust within yourself, and release what no longer serves you—inviting grounding, clarity, and confidence as you move toward the life you deserve.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will include discussing what you would like to address, the goals you would like to achieve, and together, we will develop a plan to meet those goals.
