Great to meet you!

Louanna Gladman, LPCC-S

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory designation (LPCC-S) and over 23 years of experience in the fields of mental health and substance use treatment. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, depression, anxiety, and co-occurring disorders. My approach is grounded in compassion, clinical expertise, and a deep commitment to helping clients navigate life’s most difficult moments toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. This approach is hands-on and gives you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Based on your unique needs, I may adapt my approach to include practices like mindfulness and medication. Your goals and progress are my primary focus.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression or trauma related to their relationships ,family. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter."
