Great to meet you!

As a consecrated Nun, my practice is built on a foundation of service and compassion. I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over six years of experience dedicated to holistic and personalized mental health care. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and am licensed in New Jersey. I am passionate about empowering adults, adolescents, and families toward significant wellness and improved quality of life. My practice is grounded in evidence-based medicine and a deep commitment to patient safety and privacy.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, holistic, and customized. I integrate effective medication management with therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I begin with a thorough mental assessment and craft a transparent treatment plan based on your unique needs. I believe in equipping you and your support system with the education necessary for continuous recovery and lasting progress. Patient wellness is always my first priority.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive and thorough session focused entirely on your needs. The first meeting is dedicated to building rapport, conducting a comprehensive holistic clinical examination, and discussing your history, challenges, and goals. We will establish a mutual understanding of your mental health condition and begin to formulate a solution-focused treatment roadmap that aligns with your values and expectations. My aim is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and optimistic about your recovery journey.
