Great to meet you!

I bring a warm and curious approach to support my patients as they navigate anxiety, depression, life changes, identity struggles, and relationship concerns. I specialize in LGBTQ+ experiences and work with a diverse variety of patients. As a licensed clinical social worker, my work is strengthened by a robust awareness of the ways that identities and intersectionality shape our lived realities.

My approach to therapy

My priority as a psychotherapist is to build a welcoming and affirming space for you to unpack what's on your mind so that we can work together on reaching your therapeutic goals and embracing your power. I am here to provide an empathetic and validating listening ear, compassionately challenge perspectives, and offer practical techniques in a safe, nonjudgmental setting.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a no-pressure opportunity for you to share more about yourself and your goals. It's okay if you are still figuring that out; I'm here to help! Come as you are -- I would be honored to get to know you and partner with you in your journey.
