Great to meet you!

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in private practice, a certified Relational Life Therapist (RLT(c)) and Narrative Enneagram Practitioner and Trainer, as well as AAMFT-approved supervisor and clinical fellow. I have served as Adjunct Professor at Central Connecticut State University, where I taught the masters level course "Systemic Perspectives on Mental Disorders", as well as Visiting Faculty of the Department of Somatic Counseling at Naropa University in Boulder, CO.

My approach to therapy

My compassionate and optimistic nature, empathic yet direct style, creates a space for individuals and couples to build on their strengths and attain the personal growth and connection they are committed to accomplishing. In applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, long-standing behavioral patterns and unhelpful beliefs and perceptions will be unearthed and challenged.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you maximize your capacity to become more grounded in understanding the essence of yourself and your partner, enhancing your own inherent qualities and strengths to achieve personal and relational growth, in order to enjoy a life full of compassion and connection.
