Great to meet you!

Hello, thanks for stopping by. I’m here to offer a calm, compassionate space where you can finally start to feel understood. I know life can be complicated, especially when you're navigating Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, or Autism. My goal is to help you (or your child, age 5+) manage these challenges and discover a path toward feeling more at ease and confident.

What Makes Working With Me Different? My journey to becoming a counselor didn't start in an office; it started the day I was born. Growing up as one of eleven children, I was fortunate to have many siblings with special needs—including siblings with Autism, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety and Learning Disabilities. This taught me something invaluable: true, deep patience, kindness, and compassion.

For over 20 years, I honed this understanding as both a High School Counselor and Special Education teacher.

Since I offer teletherapy only, you can start your journey to feeling better from the comfort of your own home. Our first session together is simple: it’s all about getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you here, your goals, and what a "good day" looks like for you. It’s a low-pressure conversation where you can feel safe and heard.

Ready to Connect?

I truly care about helping you feel your best, and I’ve got the patience and experience to see you through it. If you’re ready to start finding that inner calm, I encourage you to reach out.

My approach to therapy

I use a holistic and eclectic approach, meaning I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. We’ll use tools and strategies that are tailored specifically to you and what you need right now.

What you can expect from me

After a session with me, my clients often tell me they feel lighter, more centered, and less alone. The weight of your worries won't disappear instantly, but you will leave with a clear plan, a new perspective, and a renewed sense of hope.
