Great to meet you!

I believe one of the most important aspects of therapy is working with someone who truly understands—someone who has been there and can genuinely relate. I specialize in mental health and addiction, bringing both personal insight and professional experience to the work I do. We all deserve a space where we feel supported and connected. One of my favorite reminders is, “progress, not perfection.” Healing isn’t about getting everything right—it’s about showing up each day and taking steps forward, no matter how small. If you’re ready to begin that process, I invite you to reach out. I look forward to connecting with you.

My approach to therapy

I offer a unique, client-centered approach to treatment, tailoring therapeutic modalities to meet your individual needs. I provide individual therapy for adults ages 18 and up, with experience supporting veterans and individuals navigating maternal mental health.

What you can expect from me

My mission is to support you in achieving your goals and to walk alongside you throughout your journey. Please feel free to leave a message—I’m happy to return your call within 24 hours. I am licensed in California and Nevada.
