Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm glad you're here. Reaching out for support is often the hardest step, and I believe healing begins when you feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood.

My goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where we can work together toward the life you want to build.

As a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, grief, and challenges related to identity and self-esteem.

I believe every person has unique strengths, and together we can build on those strengths while developing practical tools to overcome life's challenges.

My approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, and evidence-based. I recognize that each person's story is different, so I tailor therapy to your individual needs and goals.

Whether you're working through a difficult season or seeking personal growth, I am committed to walking alongside you with empathy, respect, and encouragement.

You don't have to face life's challenges alone. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing, resilience, and hope.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, respect, and genuine connection. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you as we explore your experiences, identify your strengths, and develop practical strategies to help you reach your goals.

Together, we will create a treatment plan that reflects your unique needs, values, and life experiences.

I use evidence-based approaches and tailor therapy to each individual because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing.

My work is grounded in compassion, cultural humility, and a strengths-based perspective, helping clients build resilience, improve coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I strive to provide a supportive environment where you can feel heard, challenged when appropriate, and empowered to move forward with confidence and hope.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a comfortable, supportive, and judgment free environment. We will spend time discussing what brings you to therapy, exploring your concerns, and identifying the goals that are most important to you.

There is no pressure to share everything at once. We will move at a pace that feels right for you.

Together, we will begin developing a personalized plan that reflects your strengths, values, and unique experiences.

My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful, with a clearer understanding of how we can work together to support your growth and well being.
