My approach to therapy

Some techniques I use are

  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy- focusing on setting goals in the present or future rather.
  • Play Therapy (5 years - 13 years old)- helping children express or communicate their feeling through play will contribute to creative thinking and problem-solving.
  • Couple Therapy- couples learn to help each other with problems rather than opposing each other.
  • Family Collaborative Enhancement Therapy-teaching families to better communicate feelings and develop coping strategies.
