Hi! I’ve been a Licensed Professional Counselor for more than 13 years. My experience include children, adolescents and adults with a variety of challenges, however, my specialty is PTSD and Trauma. I am bicultural-bilingual since i have spent half of my life in Mexico City and half of my life in the US.
I have worked in a variety of settings from hospital ,residential and partial for children, adolescents and adults, and private practice among others.
My approach is meeting my clients where they are. You are the expert in your life and I am grateful to have the honor to be with you in your healing journey as a guide and a compass offering an objective view of the situation and exploring together where you want to be. We collaborate and work together to for what works for YOU.
