Great to meet you!

I help people struggling with experiences related to life transitions, anxiety, panic attacks, fears, or trauma that may be affecting their potential in life and/or relationships. This is for those who don’t resonate with “just cope” therapy and are ready to invest in themselves. I believe change happens with one conversation at a time. We are all just trying our best; therefore, every experience is valid and deserves a space to be expressed.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored entirely to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based tools, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to help you process the past, manage daily stress, and build lasting resilience. Together, we will work at your pace to move you from feeling stuck to feeling empowered.

What you can expect from me

Initiating therapy can naturally evoke feelings of apprehension, but please be assured that our sessions provide a confidential, secure environment. Our primary objective during the initial appointment is to establish goals and outline what you hope to accomplish in treatment.

Preparation is entirely optional; you are welcome to outline key discussion points in advance, though it is not required. Each session will conclude with a goal for our next meeting.
