Great to meet you!

As a caring, bicultural, bilingual (Eng/Span) NY licensed therapist for over 30 years, I've worked with adults looking for different ways to approach and resolve problems or concerns they saw as limiting their own personal growth or professional development. Targeted brief or longer-term psychodynamic therapy can help you break through anxiety, sadness, isolation, confusion, or other symptoms triggered by emotional struggle.

My approach to therapy

My approach as a therapist is eclectic and client-centered and includes aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), inner child work, developmental considerations, calming techniques, and other applications I've found helpful to clients over my 30 years in practice.

What you can expect from me

Together, as you journey toward your selected goals, we'll explore and address recent or life-long struggles or barriers to increase your sense of well-being, self-esteem, and confidence. Examples of recent or life-long struggles or barriers you may be experiencing and want to address in therapy might be anxiety, depression, sexual identity, intimacy fears or other types of fears, loss(es), challenging personal or business relationships, etc.
