Great to meet you!

Hi I’m Lourdie. I know how hard it can feel when everyday stress, anxiety, or emotional ups and downs start getting in the way of your life. Maybe you’ve been trying to manage on your own, or what helped in the past just isn’t enough right now. You’re ready for someone who listens to your story, sees you as a whole person, and genuinely cares about where you are and where you want to go. I’m here to walk with you through that journey with patience, warmth, and real support.

My approach to therapy

I take a compassionate and collaborative approach that centers on you, your experiences, your goals, and your strengths. We’ll talk through what’s been challenging and what you hope will be different, and then build a plan together that fits your life. I focus on creating a safe, respectful space where you feel comfortable sharing honestly and growing at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a relaxed, supportive conversation. We’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, what’s important to you right now, and what you hope to feel or do differently. You don’t need all the answers, just come ready to talk about your experience. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer idea of next steps and feel confident that you’re being heard and understood. If you’re ready to take that first step toward feeling steadier and more in control, I’d be glad to meet you.
