Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).

I enjoy serving patients of all ages and with any mental health concerns. I work with individuals with Bipolar, ADHD, GAD, MDD, and more.

My goal for my clients is to feel empowered to treat their illnesses through supportive education in a stigma-free environment.

In addition to my practical experience, I have a unique ability to connect with individuals, a capacity to understand them, and the empathy to meet them where they are.

My approach to therapy

I offer an integrative treatment approach that includes medication management, therapy, supplements, lifestyle coaching, sleep hygiene and more.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll briefly introduce ourselves and dive into the specific challenges. I will gather information about your personal and medical history, current symptoms, and any relevant life events. Additionally, the evaluation will include questions about your thoughts, feelings, and any past experiences that could contribute to your current situation. This process helps me understand your unique context and tailor a suitable treatment plan.
