Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides integrative mental health services with personalized options that patient feels are best suited for them. I don’t just see a diagnosis—I see the whole person. Your story matters deeply, and I’m here to hold space for it.

My approach to therapy

  • My approach is to provide the best care to my patients via therapeutic alliance and education. I do not prescribe stimulant medications.
  • I have experience treating serious mental illness and Veterans in outpatient clinical settings. I specialize in diagnosing and treating Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective D/O, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Behavioral issues, Psychosis, Grief, Emotional Disturbance, OCD, Addiction, Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, Stress Management, Dementia, PTSD, and Insomnia.
  • I keep my patient panel small, to offer open communication—so you’ll always feel supported when you need it. This is a space where your story is valued, and together we’ll find the path that feels right for you.
  • I do not prescribed controlled medications such as sedatives, benzodiazepines or stimulants.

What you can expect from me
