Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with diverse populations to address a range of mental health issues, including trauma-related issues, relationship challenges, behavioral concerns, and grief and loss.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I am passionate about traveling and exploring the world. I find joy in immersing myself in different cultures and trying new things. Spending time with loved ones is also important to me, whether it's enjoying a leisurely weekend brunch or enjoying quiet time together.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, empathy, and cultural sensitivity, ensuring that each client feels safe and supported throughout their healing journey.

I utilize an integrative approach, by combining holistic approaches with strengths-based techniques, I’ll create a program tailored just for you. Together, we’ll identify the root causes behind the physical and emotional symptoms that keep you stuck. In the process unveiling the tools needed for healing.

What you can expect from me

Through exploration and reflection, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourselves, your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. You will learn techniques and strategies to manage daily life stressors or other challenges you may be facing.
