Great to meet you!

Over 15 years of professional experience in social science, public health, and mental health, I am a solutions-focused professional dedicated to optimizing organizational performance.

My expertise includes conducting psychosocial assessments and screening patients, and I am recognized for my ability to build strong professional networks with attorneys and healthcare providers.

I am a diligent self-starter who excels at mastering new roles and maintaining a calm demeanor in challenging environments. I look forward to the possibility of discussing how my diverse skills and commitment to professional growth can support your growth.

My approach to therapy

I conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the emotional, psychological, and behavioral functioning of children, adolescents, and geriatric populations. This process involves interviewing clients and their guardians, administering psychological tests, and performing clinical observations.

Additionally, I provide individual therapy sessions to help children process emotions, learn coping strategies, and develop healthy behaviors across school, home, and community settings. My work is dedicated to identifying mental health disorders and issues to support a child’s overall development and well-being.

Modalities often used:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Integrated Learning System ( ILS)

Bilateral Stimulation Device (EMDR)

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Humanistic Therapy

Psychodynamic Therapy
