The need for mental health services is at its peak in our world today. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I specialize in providing comprehensive mental health care individuals across the lifespan. My areas of specialty encompass a wide range of psychiatric disorders, including but not limited t mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, trauma-and stressor-related disorders, substance use disorders, personality disorders and Neurodevelopmental disorders.

My treatment approach is client -centered, compassionate, culturally sensitive and based on individual's belief system. I prioritize building a therapeutic alliance based on trust, empathy, and mutual respect. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgement. I employ medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle interventions and collaborative care.

I integrate evidence-based interventions with individualized care to address the complex interplay of biological, social, and environmental factors influencing mental health. I emphasize empowerment, resilience, and self-advocacy, equipping clients with the tools and resources they need to navigate life's challenges and cultivate meaningful change. At the end of our encounter, the client will experience holistic wellness, sense of hope, and have a sense of control of their life and wellbeing.
