Great to meet you!

I believe that life is all about perspective and the way we react to problems. Our trials and tribulations are opportunities for us to grow into stronger individuals. When challenges arise, most people ask, "Why?" I encourage my clients to change their mentality by asking, "How?"—how can I use this to grow?" With 8 years of sobriety and personal experience battling my own challenges, I know how helpful therapy can be in helping a person rebuild their life and become the person they want to be.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a firm believer in empowering clients with the tools and knowledge needed to live a more fulfilling and productive life. My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I utilize a holistic approach with various traditional psychotherapy techniques such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, Solution Focused, Person-Centered, DBT, and much more.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
