As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I desire to help people get relief from the pain that can feel devastating and hopeless. It is possible to feel whole again. People in all stages of life journey through uncharted paths that can lead to confusion, anxiety, and despair. It is possible to live a life worth living.

Although I work with people at any stage in life, I specialize in working with teens and young adults who struggle with suicidal ideation, self-harm, and Borderline Personality Disorder. I also have years of experience working with those in addiction and those coming out of incarceration or human trafficking. My main modalities are Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

I always start with a complimentary 15-minute consultation so you can determine if I'm a good fit for your needs. Afterwards, we can schedule an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
