Great to meet you!

Welcome. I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you or your child are carrying big emotions, past experiences, or relationship stress. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and supported as you begin this process.

My approach to therapy

I am a multi-lingual Mental Health Counselor who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I help clients navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, attention challenges, attachment concerns, and family or parenting stress. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and creative. I often use play therapy and practical skill building to support emotional expression, regulation, and connection.

What you can expect from me

Imagine feeling more at ease with your emotions, more connected in your relationships, or more confident in yourself or your parenting. Therapy can help you move toward those changes at a pace that feels right for you. You do not have to do this alone. Book your first session today by clicking on a time that works best for you.

If you want, I can also tailor this further for parents only, adult clients only, or Spanish and Portuguese speaking audiences.
