Great to meet you!

As a seasoned psychotherapist licensed in Colorado, Ohio, Vermont, and Wisconsin, I bring a specialized approach to mental health care, centering on assisting women grappling with Anxiety, Complex PTSD, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. My practice integrates a blend of traditional psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Creative Arts Therapies, all designed to empower and heal. This unique combination not only addresses immediate symptoms but also challenges the deep-seated beliefs shaped by societal and familial pressures.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in treating women who are suffering from all variants of anxiety, and who are ready to commit to breaking free from fear and moving towards creating a life based in bravery and passionate purpose. Treatments utilized include well-researched psychotherapy techniques including CBT, ACT, and ERP, in combination with creative arts therapies. Clients are provided with action-oriented treatment interventions that move clients toward empowerment.

What you can expect from me

Each woman is provided with experiential/action oriented treatment interventions, and embodied learning so that they may live empowered and brave lives. The doors of what you believe are possible for you will open wider and you will have the courage to take risks and pursue a life that is uniquely you and based in love instead of fear.
