Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Lucia, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I work with adults, teens, and children navigating anxiety, OCD, and ADHD. You may be feeling overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts, constant worry, or difficulty focusing, or noticing your child struggling with emotions or behavior.

I specialize in evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD. My approach is active, supportive, and focused on helping you build practical skills to feel more in control and confident in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is active, supportive, and skills-based. I use CBT, ACT, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help clients understand their thoughts, manage anxiety, and build lasting change.

With adults, we focus on practical tools for anxiety, ADHD, stress, and relationships.

With children and teens, I partner with parents to support emotional regulation, behavior, and confidence across home and school.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding what’s bringing you in. I’ll ask about your history, current concerns, and what you’d like to change. Together, we’ll identify clear goals and begin outlining a plan tailored to your needs.

For children and teens, I take time to build rapport and understand their strengths, while also gathering input from parents to support progress at home and school.
