Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. My name is Luciana Lemos, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada. I provide therapy in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and I am passionate about supporting individuals and families from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

I’ve had the privilege of working with children, teens, and adults across a variety of settings, helping clients navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strengths. My approach is empowering, solution-focused, and holistic, meaning I consider the whole person; mind, body, and spirit, while helping clients build resilience and create meaningful change.

I tailor treatment to meet each individual’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions, and Strengths-Based Therapy. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, develop new insights, and move toward healing and personal growth.

Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply seeking greater self-understanding, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward wellness and fulfillment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, empowering, and individualized. I believe that every person holds the capacity for growth and healing, and my role is to provide the tools, support, and perspective to help you uncover that inner strength. I tailor each session to your unique needs, values, and goals, ensuring that the therapeutic process feels meaningful and relevant to you.

Creating a safe, compassionate, and culturally responsive space is at the heart of my work. I honor each client’s individuality and life experiences; whether we’re addressing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, or relationship challenges. My goal is to help you feel empowered, confident, and equipped to create positive change in your life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my focus is on getting to know you; your story, your goals, and what brings you to therapy. I aim to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. We’ll explore what you hope to gain from therapy and begin identifying the strengths and resources you already have to support your growth.

You can expect our time together to be collaborative and compassionate, with an emphasis on building trust and understanding. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to help clarify your needs, and together we’ll outline a plan that feels realistic and empowering. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, supported, and encouraged, with a sense of hope and direction for the journey ahead.
