Hi, I’m Luciana Nelson, LCPC and the founder of Inner Peace Coaching & Counseling Incorporated. My passion for helping others has guided my career through various fields, such as real estate, education & social work. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Professional Counseling, I bring a well-rounded perspective to my practice.

I take a holistic, empowering, and solution-focused approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are while helping them move forward with confidence. My specialty is trauma therapy, and I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy, but I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Your first session is a chance to share your story in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space. My goal is to help you heal and grow, whether you're processing past trauma, overcoming self-doubt, or striving for personal growth. I’m here to support you in finding clarity, strength, and resilience and look forward to working with you on your journey toward inner peace!
