Great to meet you!

Prioritizing your mental health is essential to living a happy and stable life, and I’m so glad you’ve chosen me to support your journey.

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). While I have cared for patients across the lifespan in community health centers, post-acute care, and mental health hospitals as a Family Nurse Practitioner, my passion lies in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder.

My approach is holistic, compassionate, and patient-centered, ensuring that you feel heard, supported, and empowered. As part of this care, I provide thoughtful and evidence-based medication management to help restore balance and improve functioning. When appropriate, medication can be a powerful tool to stabilize mood, reduce distressing symptoms, and support lasting change, and I work closely with each patient to tailor treatment plans to their unique needs and preferences.

I strive to create a warm and nonjudgmental space where we can work collaboratively toward your mental wellness goals. Whether we focus on talk therapy, medication support, or both, I look forward to being with you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

Open communication is essential, and I strive to foster a collaborative, nonjudgmental environment where we can explore your challenges and goals together. My role is to listen, guide, challenge, and support you as we develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. No matter where you are on your journey, I am here to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.

When we work together, we become partners in your mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a safe, supportive space where you can be fully yourself without judgment. Together, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan that reflects your unique goals, challenges, and values. You will walk away from each visit with greater self-awareness, practical strategies to manage your symptoms, and a clearer path forward.

As part of our work together, medication management may be integrated into your care when appropriate. I take a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to prescribing, and I will always take the time to explain your options, answer your questions, and involve you in every decision. Whether initiating, adjusting, or continuing medication, we will closely monitor its effectiveness and how it fits into your overall treatment plan.
