Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that has been in the field for 7+ years. I work with families and individuals to address trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, stress, and life changes. I've always had a big heart full of empathy and compassion for others. I know what it's like to be down and need help getting back up, and I know the difference receiving help can make. I want to make a difference in this world—one person at a time—by offering a helping hand through therapy.

My approach to therapy

I create a welcoming and friendly environment where you can feel comfortable speaking what's truly on your heart and mind without judgment. We all come with different life experiences, and this is a safe space to explore yours. I use a variety of different therapy modalities including Bowen Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Gestalt to name a few modalities. I also incorporate EMDR into my practice for those looking to heal from traumatic experiences or negative beliefs.

What you can expect from me

You can expect in the first session to go over consents, explore biological, psychological, and social factors—as well as your reasons for seeking help and what you hope to accomplish in therapy. The initial appointment is a great time to assess whether we will be a good fit to work together towards your goals.
