Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families as they face life’s challenges. Each client’s treatment plan is tailored to their specific needs and unique life experiences. I work with all demographics of clients, including experience with LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, new parents, immigrant families (children and adults), and young professionals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I want my clients to succeed on their mental health journey. Our first session is used to provide and gather information and consider what major goals we would like to focus on during treatment. We then begin to build rapport and establish manageable and measurable objectives. Each client’s treatment is tailored to their needs. If a client requests homework, I will work with them on finding achievable tasks that will help them progress toward their mental health goals.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients leave sessions feeling heard, seen and safe to be their true selves while navigating life's challenges.
