Hi, my name is Lucy. As a former high school teacher with more than 10 years of classroom experience, I understand the challenges that today's families are facing. I also have a child who is part of the LGBTQ community, experience in blended families, and I understand complex family dynamics. I have worked extensively with teens and young adults dealing with trauma, as well as the adults who love and care for them. My approach is collaborative, validating, and tailored to your needs.

I provide a warm, supportive space where you can explore challenges, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change. With practical tools and compassionate guidance, I help you move forward with confidence.
