My name is Luci DeLong and I am based out of Flagstaff, Arizona. The work I do with individuals, couples, and families in the Arizona community is very important to me.

A lot of the work that I do in therapy with others is based on attachment science. This work consists of helping people be more aware and change their relationship within themselves and others, which will have a positive impact on their mental and physical health. I am currently working on getting my certification in Emotionally Focused Therapy to help strengthen the resilience in the people that I work with.
