Great to meet you!

I'm Luci, a Mexican American, bilingual, and bicultural LCSW with 20 years of experience supporting teens, young adults 18-25 years old, and families. I know what it's like to grow up between two cultures and to navigate neurodivergence in a world that doesn't always make room for our differences. I specialize in depression, trauma, panic, ADHD, and the family stress that often comes with them.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strength-based and grounded in the mind-body connection. I draw on Trauma-Focused CBT, family therapy, SFS, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing to help young people understand themselves, and to help families communicate, reconnect, and support each other with more confidence and less conflict.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a warm, relaxed conversation. With teens, we usually start together with a parent or caregiver, then I spend time with the teen one-on-one so everyone feels heard. We'll talk about what brought you in, your strengths, challenges, and goals, and you'll leave knowing what our work will look like.
