Great to meet you!

Congratulations for taking this step toward self-care! Healing through mindful growth-fostering connection is my mission. You might be feeling like tending to your emotional well-being is a luxury or even a privilege. Yet you've arrived here stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted, unmotivated, anxious or depressed, maybe even disconnected from loved ones, feeling not at-all yourself.

My approach to therapy

I am a licensed psychologist with over 12 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families. I have worked with caretakers of all kinds, students and professionals of all ages from diverse racial-ethnic backgrounds, genders and sexual orientations. I provide therapy in Spanish & English.
