Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of clinical experience, holding both a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and MSN–FNP. My approach is warm, direct, and solution-focused. I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy, helping clients understand their symptoms and feel empowered in their treatment.

I have extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, ADHD, and mood disorders across all ages. I prioritize patient safety, clear communication, and collaborative care, ensuring each client feels heard, respected, and supported.

My goal is to provide compassionate, thorough, and effective mental health care that improves daily functioning and long-term well-being

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply patient-centered. With over 13 years of experience as both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, I combine strong clinical knowledge with a compassionate, down-to-earth style. I focus on truly listening, understanding each client’s unique story, and creating a safe space where they feel supported and empowered.

I use evidence-based medication management, clear education, and a holistic perspective to help clients achieve meaningful, sustainable improvement. My goal is to partner with each individual, build trust, and develop a treatment plan that aligns with their needs, goals, and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a calm, welcoming environment where I gather a full picture of their mental health history, current concerns, and goals. I walk clients through what to expect from care, answer questions, and ensure they feel heard and supported. By the end of the first visit, clients will have an initial treatment plan, a clear understanding of next steps, and a collaborative path forward tailored to their needs.
