Great to meet you!

I graduated from Walden University in 2023 with a Master's degree in Social Work and a certificate in Military Families Social Work. I have experience working with all age groups, from young children to older adults. Areas of clinical treatment include trauma, PTSD, TBI, military families, law enforcement and public service families, managing anxiety and depression, domestic violence, abuse recovery, life stage transition, infidelity, LGBTQIA+, family conflict, peer relationships, mood disorders, personality disorders, and grief.

My approach to therapy

I take a client-centered, trauma-focused approach to therapy while building a unique rapport with each client. In addition, I will utilize various therapeutic models to create a treatment plan that is specific to each client and their needs while working with you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will get to know you, your background, and your reason for beginning therapy. We will discuss your goals, treatment, and any questions and/or concerns you may have.
