I am a highly qualified and compassionate cross-licensed psychotherapist based in Brooklyn, NY, and MA, offering in-person and virtual consultations through Headway and C & L Mental Health Services LLC. I am fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Haitian Creole, and I provide accessible, culturally responsive care to diverse communities.

My academic background includes a Master of Science in Education with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling from St. John's University and a Master of Arts in Theology and Biblical Studies from St. Joseph Seminary & College. With over 12 years of experience as a parish priest and psychotherapist, I have supported hundreds of individuals in their journey toward self-discovery and meaning using evidence-based therapeutic practices. My diverse background and holistic approach set my practice apart.

I use evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral theory, psycho-education, mindfulness, and brief solution-focused therapy, to support clients facing anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, communication issues, family dynamics, and other mental health concerns.
