Great to meet you!

The experiences that shape us can become the tools that heal us, and repurposing life experience is central to how I work. With a background spanning the U.S. Air Force, education, and behavioral health, I bring a wide lens to the therapy room. I work with clients of all ages and specialize in adolescents, mood disorders, complex trauma (C-PTSD), behavioral challenges, learning disabilities, codependency, addiction, and domestic abuse. My style is warm but direct—I'll challenge you when it helps while keeping our work structured, collaborative, and creative. Together we'll build a space where lasting change can take root.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a creative process, so I take an integrative approach—structuring our work around your needs and preferences. I work with youth, adults, and couples/families on trauma, identity and body image, mood disorders, compulsive behaviors, and any other challenges you bring. I look forward to starting this journey with you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know you—what's bringing you in, what you hope to change, and a bit of your history and goals. There's no pressure to share more than you're ready to. It's mainly a chance to see if we're a good fit and to start building a space where you feel comfortable and understood.
