Great to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Lucy, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Richmond, Virginia. I specialize in working with clients needing support for anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. I typically work with adults, teens, college students, and those in the LGBTQ+ population.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, relational, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and empowerment-based. My presence is kind and genuine, and I greatly value the ability to create a safe space for people to be the real and raw versions of themselves.

What you can expect from our first session

I view therapy as a collaborative dynamic. I also recognize that people have different needs and intentions for this space which is why I aim to ensure that clients' experiences be uniquely tailored to them! I allow space for clients to advocate for themselves while also feeling seen, heard, and connected to.
