Me complace brindar servicios de salud mental en Espanol. Mi objectivo es ofrecer un espacio seguro, comprensivo y libre de prejuicios, donde cada persona se sienta escuchada, respetada y apoyada en su proceso de salud mental.

I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of The Incarnate Word fluent in English/Spanish. I have specialized in psychiatric mental health care for the past six years, with experience supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health needs. My nursing background also includes approximately 10 years of experience caring for patients in medical and other clinical settings. I'm passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and judgement-free environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their mental health journey.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate care focused on identifying patients' goals, building confidence, and developing practical strategies for managing their mental health. I believe in working together to create a treatment plan that feels realistic and meaningful. My goal is to support patients in building a thriving, joyful and happy life.

During our first session, we will take time to get to know you, discuss your concerns and goals, review your mental health history, and begin developing a personalized treatment plan. You can expect to leave our first session with greater mental clarity, a better understanding of your options, and the information you need to make informed decisions about your care.
