Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward change can feel intimidating, and it takes courage—I’m so glad you’re here. My clients tend to struggle with feeling disconnected in their relationships, overwhelmed by anxiety, or frustrated by the challenges of living with ADHD. Many feel stuck repeating the same patterns, even when they want things to be different.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping couples strengthen communication and rebuild trust, while also supporting individuals in managing stress, anxiety, and the impact of ADHD on daily life. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, recognizing that you are the expert in your own story. Together, we’ll explore strategies and tools that help you feel more balanced, confident, and capable in navigating life and relationships.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and non-judgmental space where we’ll focus on understanding your unique experiences, needs, and goals. Together, we’ll begin identifying the challenges you’d like to address and explore what feels most important for your growth. My approach is collaborative and guided by supportive, compassionate practices, allowing us to build practical strategies for resilience, emotional balance, and lasting change. My goal is to create an environment where you feel supported, heard, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward the life and relationships you want.
