Great to meet you!

I AM SO GLAD YOU ARE HERE!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe meaningful change and substantial healing happen with a foundation built on a trusting therapeutic relationship. Choosing to prioritize your mental health and overall well-being is one of the most courageous and empowering decisions you can make; you should be proud of yourself for taking the first step; I certainly am! I have been practicing for about 3 years and have a special interest in working with those who have experienced trauma or are navigating the effects of attachment wounds.

My approach to therapy

I believe that each person is the expert on their own life. My role as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. I will meet you where you are, and together, we will work towards the personal goals, growth, and progress you are proud of.

What you can expect from me

My goal for the first session is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and a little clearer about how therapy can support you. We will focus on building a comfortable and supportive therapeutic relationship by getting to know one another, not as a client and therapist, but as unique individuals. Then, we will talk about what brings you into therapy, what you would like to work towards, and your expectations in the therapy space. Collaboratively, we will develop a plan on how to navigate and maximize our work together.
